The automated 1st contact deadline reminder is a great tool, but issuing it three hours (Thursday, at 18:59) before the deadline is late. That is middle of the night in Europe, e. g. 1 o'clock in Germany. Those who need it the most, might not actually see it in time. Could you email it six hours earlier, at 12:59, so more players benefit?

Hmm - I'll look into it. It's supposed to be sent around 9 or 10am EST - about 12 hours before deadline. Could you look into the headers and see if there's a delay between send and receive?
